Fun Fair

FUN FAIR is almost here!! Thursday, May 31st is the fundraising event that raises the most money during the school year which can be spent on technological items, playground equipment, musical instruments, special guests, extra needs for students, and lots more. So, thank you and we hope you and your family enjoy this night of socializing, playing games, and eating. Festivities start at 5:00 p.m. and end at 8:00 p.m.

We have a theme this year: Hawaiian Luau. Watch for all things Hawaiian!

Our BBQ starts right at 5 o'clock. To avoid wasting food we ask that all food is pre-ordered using our SchoolCash system. Don’t miss out on eating a hamburger, hot dog, or pulled pork sandwich combined with a beverage and chips.

While eating, you can be entertained by Kilbride's skipping team and, instead of a talent show, participate in an all-night dance party thanks one of our own dads / disc jockey! 

Tickets ($1 each) will be sold on Cashless for all our activities and snack foods. Tickets can be bought at the Fun Fair but avoid the line ups and get our special pre-order deal by purchasing through SchoolCash. When you arrive simply go to the pre-order table, give them your name and you will receive your food order slip and your tickets. All food orders must be in by May 25th.

For your reference: games are 1 ticket each; each of the three inflatables are 2 tickets each; grab bags are 2 tickets; class basket raffle tickets are 1 ticket; waterfall pull is 2 tickets; face-painting is 1 ticket; tattoos are 1 ticket; cotton candy is 1 ticket; candy kebobs are 2 tickets; and snow cones are 2 tickets.

Grab Bags: The children love this event and the bags go very quickly. We are asking families to donate at least one bag filled with something special like candy, small toys, markers etc (unisex and new items only please). Please use the bags that will be coming home with your child. There will be extras in the office if you need them. The bags are raffled off at the Fun Fair. So be creative, have fun and be sure to deliver the bags to the community room by Tuesday, May 29th.

Class Baskets: Each class will be submitting a basket of items to be raffled. Each class is given a theme and families bring in items appropriate for the theme. The teachers will provide all the details for these class baskets.

Volunteers: This is an exceptional event and requires many, many volunteers. We are asking for some of your time during the night. Please contact Priscilla at priscilla.bajus@century21 if you can help. We also need lots of high school students. It’s a really fun way for them to accumulate some community service hours. Drinks: We are also looking for donations of pop, juice in cans, and water (no juice boxes). Contact Mary-Ann at to let her know what you can bring by May 31st.

Silent Auction: There’s still time to contribute to the very popular Silent Auction. This is a fantastic way to advertise your company and help out our school at the same time. If anyone is able to donate or has a friend or family member that could donate simply contact Andrea at .
